What we dye and wash

Garments for dyeing go through our dyehouse; denim goes through the washing hall and finishing tables. Both share the same lab, quality checks and water treatment.

Garment piece dyeing

Knit and woven garments in cotton, linen and blends are dyed as finished pieces, so a factory can sew in undyed fabric or yarn and colour the garments once the buyer confirms shades.

What we do for factories and trading companies

Most of our orders come from garment factories and trading companies that need dyeing or washing between sewing and finishing.

Garment factories

Add dyeing or washing to your orders without running a wet-processing floor yourself.

  • Send sewn garments for piece dyeing or denim washing
  • We work to the buyer's shade card, wash standard or approved sample
  • Lab dips and wash samples for your buyer's approval
  • Bulk lots from 20 lb to 800 lb, so reorders don't wait for a full machine
  • Garments come back extracted, dried and shade-checked, ready for finishing

Trading companies and sourcing agents

Nominate one plant for the wet-processing step on the orders you place in Cambodia.

  • Garment dyeing and denim washing in the same plant
  • Capacity for 750,000 pieces a month across 57 dyeing machines and 55 washers
  • Garments for brands such as Tommy Bahama, Armani Exchange and rag & bone already processed here
  • On-site water treatment and workplace basics your buyer's audit will ask about

How an order moves through the plant

The same four stages apply to a small garment-dyeing reorder and to a full season of denim.

  1. Lab dip room with sample dyeing equipment

    Lab dip and sample

Your buyer's target shade is matched in the lab dip room, then sampled on our 2, 5 and 8 lb machines for approval.

  2. Bulk dyeing machine on the dyehouse floor

    Bulk dyeing or washing

The approved recipe moves to production: 55 dyeing machines from 20 to 800 lb, or 55 washing machines for denim.

  3. Stainless extractor machines

    Extraction and drying

Extractors spin out the water before garments go into 38 tumble dryers.

  4. Workers sorting dyed garments at the QC station

    Shade and quality check

QC checks colour tone and shading under lightboxes before the order goes back to you.

Equipment and facilities

Questions from factories and traders

Do you work with garment factories and trading companies?

Yes. Most of our orders come from garment factories and trading companies that need dyeing or washing between sewing and finishing. We also work with brand sourcing teams.

Can you match my buyer's shade or wash standard?

Yes. We make lab dips and wash samples against the standard you send, and QC checks colour tone and shading under lightboxes before bulk is released.

What is the smallest lot you can dye?

Samples run on 2, 5 and 8 lb machines. Bulk machines start at 20 lb and go up to 800 lb, so small reorders get a machine close to their weight.

Which garments and fabrics can you dye?

Knit and woven garments in cotton, linen and blends, including blends with nylon, acrylic (cashmere-like) and polyester.

Can you snow wash garments that aren't denim?

Yes. We garment dye knit and woven pieces such as T-shirts, sweatshirts and trousers, then snow wash them for a mottled, vintage surface. Send a reference photo and we match it on a sample first.

Which denim washes and finishes do you offer?

Garment wash, enzyme wash, stone wash, enzyme stone wash, snow wash, acid wash and tinting, plus whiskers, hand sanding, cutting and destruction, monkey wash (PP spray) and resin crinkle.

How much can you handle each month?

The plant is set up for 750,000 pieces a month, with 57 dyeing machines, 55 washing machines and 38 dryers across two buildings totalling 8,000 m².

How do you handle wastewater?

Process water goes through our own on-site treatment system. We do not discharge harmful or toxic chemicals into public areas, and the plant produces no poisonous or harmful by-products or waste. After treatment, the water can be recycled for reuse.
