Water treatment, workplace and quality

Green dyeing and finishing starts with how we handle water, how our team works and how every lot is checked before it goes back to you. These are the points your buyer's compliance team will ask about.

Water treatment on site

Dyeing and washing both use a lot of water, so the plant has its own treatment system. Environmental protection comes first in how we run it, and after treatment the water can be recycled for reuse.

  • We do not discharge harmful or toxic chemicals into public areas
  • The plant has no poisonous or harmful by-products or waste
  • Treated water can be recycled for reuse

A safe place to work

Our 100 workers work in clean, well-ventilated buildings with safe drinking water on site. Attendance is recorded with a fingerprint system.

  • Clean and well-ventilated workplace
  • Safe drinking water available on site
  • Fingerprint-based HR attendance control
  • Emergency eyewash station on the dyehouse floor

Quality control from sample to final check

Strict quality control on sampling and on the end of the process, to give every customer the best quality we can.
