Our dyeing and washing plant in Cambodia

Two production buildings, 8,000 m² in total, with our own boilers, backup power and water treatment, running since May 2023 with 100 workers.

Everything an order needs sits inside one plant, from lab dips to the final shade check. Backup generators keep machines running when the grid drops.

Rough planning estimate. The real load per machine depends on fabric, shade depth and process, and we confirm it from your sample.

With bulk machines spread from 20 to 800 lb, each lot runs on a machine close to its weight instead of a half-empty large one.

Each machine is listed at 8 operating hours a day. Together the plant is set up for 750,000 pieces a month.
