Garment dyeing and denim washing services
Garment dyeing for knit and woven garments, and a full denim laundry with washes, tints and hand finishes. Every order is sampled first, run in bulk on the machine size that fits, then checked for shade.
Garment piece dyeing
We dye knit and woven garments in cotton, linen and blends as finished pieces, so a factory can sew in undyed fabric or yarn and colour the garments once the buyer confirms shades. The lab matches the target shade first; bulk then runs on the machine size that fits the lot.
Sweaters made from blended yarns are dyed as well, including acrylic with a cashmere-like hand.

Build a wash look
Pick a base wash, add finishes, and send the combination with your quote request. The drawing is a guide; we match the final look to your buyer's sample.
Before and after the wash
Drag the handle to compare rigid denim with the same pair after an enzyme stone wash: a lighter mid blue, faded whiskers at the hips and softened seams.

Denim washes and finishes
Seven washes set the base shade; hand and special finishes add the wear. Combine them to match your standard, and we sample the look before bulk.
Washes
Shown from darkest to lightest, then tinted.

Garment wash
A rinse that removes sizing and pre-shrinks the garment, keeping the deep original shade.

Enzyme wash
Cellulase enzymes soften the fabric and fade it evenly, without stones.

Stone wash
Tumbled with pumice stones for an abraded, worn-in look and a softer hand.

Enzyme stone wash
Enzymes and stones together, for a stronger fade with controlled contrast.

Snow wash
Pumice stones, foam balls or other special media soaked in oxidiser are tumbled dry with the garments, leaving a speckled fade.

Acid wash
A strong oxidising wash for high-contrast, marbled light shades.

Tinting
A light dye over washed denim gives a vintage or dirty cast.
Hand and special finishes
Worked by hand at the finishing tables, before or after the wash.
-
Whiskers
Fade lines across the hip and lap, like creases in jeans worn for years.
-
Hand sanding
High points such as thighs and seat are abraded by hand for natural wear.
-
Cutting and destruction
Rips, cuts and frayed edges placed to your pattern.
-
Monkey wash (PP spray)
Potassium permanganate is sprayed on chosen areas such as the thighs, seat or pockets, then neutralised in the wash for a strong, localised fade.
-
Resin crinkle
Resin is applied and the garment pressed and cured to hold 3D creases.
Sampling and lab dips for buyer approval
Every new shade or wash starts in the lab. We match your buyer's target on small dips, run approval samples on the 2, 5 and 8 lb machines, and only then load bulk. QC compares colour tone and shading against the approved sample in our two lightboxes.
